You purchase a subscription that grants access to AdGuard VPN, a service provided by AdGuard and available on their website. The order process is managed by LLC Demian as an independent reseller. We handle payment processing, while all service-related matters, including support and refunds, are managed by AdGuard. Once purchased, your subscription is automatically linked to your AdGuard account.

We offer our customers the opportunity to receive a 100% refund of the money spent on AdGuard VPN 1-year subscription purchased from our website. For subscriptions purchased elsewhere, please check the refund policy of that particular reseller.

The refunded subscription will be blocked once the refund is issued. We do not issue partial refunds for subscription upgrades and renewals. Each case of partial refund request will be discussed separately between you and support and will only be satisfied by mutual agreement.

To get a refund for a subscription purchased on our website, you need to contact the support team: support@adguard-vpn.com.

Processing time depends on your payment method and usually takes up to 10 business days.

The auto-renewal feature is turned on by default, so the funds will be withdrawn from your account and the AdGuard VPN subscription will be renewed automatically when the previous period expires.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and at no additional cost in the AdGuard account to which the AdGuard VPN subscription is bound. Your paid subscription will still be valid until the end of its term, but you will need to manually renew it when it expires.

Discounts apply only to the first term of the subscription, i.e. 1 month, 1 year, or 2 years, depending on its type. When a subscription purchased with a discount expires, the renewal fee will be charged at full price.
